    Half gallon refills are in the works. We just placed the order for a new larger machine that will allow us to fill large volumes. It is our hope by November 1, 2024 - Refills will be back. We appreciate your patience.

    We also have been dealing with an olive oil shortage since October of 2023. Please keep your fingers crossed that we will start to see the oil back to its normal stock levels. Last year was a very poor year for olive oil production due to drought in Turkey.
